Terms & Conditions of the “Golden Sankranti Offer”
Participation in this offer implies acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
1. This offer is open only to Retailers who purchase a pack of 3 (Three) mono cartons. All eligible participants will need to be eighteen (18) years and above and be a resident of India.
2. Entry to this offer shall be treated as invalid wherever such offers are prohibited under local laws. Entry to this offer shall be treated as invalid wherever participants are ineligible as held under the provisions of this offer.
3. Employees of Mformillet Foods Private Limited. (“Company”) and their families, Company’s Dealers, Distributors, and trade partners are not eligible to participate in this offer. Employees of Advertising Agencies of Mformillet Foods Private Limited and channel partners, Service providers/Event managers etc. associated with this offer also shall not be eligible to take part.
4. Every scratch card under this offer will have an assured discount of a minimum of Rs. 25 to a maximum of Rs. 100/-. In addition to the discount, there are also Gifts of 1 gm Gold coins and 5 gms Silver Coins.
5. To participate in this offer, a Retailer has to purchase a minimum of 3 (Three) mono cartons of stock in a single order and after which the Company’s sales representative will give the retailer a scratch card. The Retailer has to scratch the silver-coloured strip to reveal the discount amount or the Gift Offered. The discount amount revealed on the scratch portion can be redeemed with the company’s sales representative on the spot while completing the stock purchase transaction. The Retailer shall handover the original scratch card to the Company’s sales representative from whom he has purchased the stock after redeeming the discount amount and duly providing the Shop name and contact details.
6. However, if the scratch card reveals 1 gm. Gold or 5 gm. Silver Coin, he/she should call the contact number given on the rear of the scratch card (7688868887) to claim the gift and provide all the requisite information to the Mformillet Foods Private Limited officer over the call. The gift will be given in person against the scratch card by the Mformillet Foods Private Limited officer in first week of February,2023 or any other date prior to 15th February,2023 as decided by the company, after due verification of the scratch card against which the claim is made by the Retailer.
7. The person in possession of the scratch card showing “1 gm Gold or 5 gms Silver Coin” gift is required to produce the original scratch card and proof of purchase which should be handed over to Mformillet Foods Private Limited Officer to claim the gift. Loss/mutilation of the original scratch card shall disqualify the Retailer. No photocopies/ duplicate of the scratch card shall be accepted. Only original scratch card shall be accepted for eligibility of the gift. In addition to the above, all requisite information/ documents including the PAN no. etc., as shall be required by legal rules and/or regulations, shall be produced by the participant within one day from the date of purchase of promo pack.
8. Income tax, gift tax or any other statutory levies as may be applicable from time to time, arising out of the “1 gm Gold or 5 gms Silver Coin” gift shall be payable by winner. Mformillet Foods Private Limited, is not liable for any of these charges.
9. The offer is valid till 31st of January or till the promo stocks last, whichever occurs first. All communication to winners will be made by telephone calls on phone numbers through which they have contacted the Foods Private Limited phone number mentioned in point no.8 for claiming their gift. In case the phone number is changed/ terminated/ blocked/ out of reach etc. Mformillet Foods Private Limited shall not be responsible for not being able to communicate/ handover the gifts to the eligible retailer.
10. Mformillet Foods Private Limited reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice or to replace, wholly or in part, this offers by another offer whether similar to this or not, or to withdraw it altogether. No correspondence shall be entertained with respect to the same.
11. No queries/ clarifications/ suggestions/ etc. may be entertained by Mformillet Foods Private Limited on the execution of this offer. Reply to queries, etc. if any, may be given shall be entirely at the sole discretion of Mformillet Foods Private Limited.
12. If a gift is unclaimed, declined, or a winner disqualified etc. or if any person forfeits the gift under these terms and conditions, then Mformillet Foods Private Limited shall have absolute discretion to decide on unclaimed, declined, disqualified etc. gifts if any.
13. Mformillet Foods Private Limited reserves the right to audit all claims/winning entries to ensure that the Terms and Conditions of this offer have been met and to seek additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents.
14. The submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation/ information may result in disqualification from this offer and from future Mformillet Foods Private Limited offers. Misrepresentation, submission of false, misleading or fraudulent information/ documentation may result in the claimant being subject to civil or criminal liability/proceedings.
15. Each offer rule, given above, shall be severable from each of the other rules, and if any rule is found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in full force and effect.
16. The decision/s of Mformillet Foods Private Limited regarding this offer, are final and binding and are non-contestable.
17. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana State only.
